Hey, I just had another meal it was 2 slices rye bread with some chedder cheese, lettuce, pickle, tomato, low fat mayo and deli meat, and I know that deli meat aint the greatest but I needed the calories and it was homemade and so good. Is chedder cheese okay to eat??? Considering I could use more fats?

Hey guys, I will have to take some figure pictures but I will need to adjust the lighting. & I didnt have the slimfast shakes. I just had the bars. I havent tried the shakes & I have heard that they are pretty bad and I just bought the bars because they are a quick source of energy when my other only option is fast food ... maybe I could pick up some actual protein bars for this, any recommendations? I like trioplex, promax and the low carb ones.
Anywho ... this is what I had today so far
Breakfast
1 tbsp almond butter
1 slice rye bread
1 cup all bran
1 cup 2% skimmed milk
550 calories
Snack
Watermelon (just a slice)
25 calores
Lunch
2 slices rye bread with chedder cheese, low fat mayo, lettuce, mustard, pickle, and some ham.
500 calories
I still have 3 more meals to go =)

Lots of sugar and other not so natural ingredients...there are much better, more quality products..trioplex bars are great or you could premake your own to have in a pinch

Well I like them..lol..I make them different ways each time, depending on what kind of macros I need. Cottage cheese or yogurt will make them less dry...

Well you need oats...and egg whites too...I just kind of play around w/ amount....I usually use oats, egg whites and cottage cheese, protein powder, flax seeds, splenda, and sometimes some fruit..I add some baking powder and blend up...
