I don't understand...why can't you just load the pics from your digital camera right onto your computer w/ the adaptor cord that comes w/ the camera??

Well I know when im ready to cut and I notice some fat gain ( which is ok ) but I like the muscle I have gained. Even my boyfriend thinks im muscular and he says if I got any bigger i could lose my feminity. I think muscle growth is a long process and the thought of BULKING for 2 years or so is a bit much so Id rather bulk during the winter months then cut during the warm months. It makes sense. My weight has gone up A LOT. Remember, I started out at 92 lbs. Now im 117 lbs. Thats a huge gain.

In the pictures I've seen of you - recent ones here, even though they don't show you flexing, you are nowhere near being "too muscular" or "losing your femininity" ... but whatever.
Also, no, you may have "started out at 92 lbs" but this last time when you came back under this new username, you were not much less than 117. A woman who is 5'6" and weighs 117 simply CAN'T have much muscle -- if she did, she would way more than that ... because 117 is underweight for girls at 5'6" even WITHOUT having muscle which weighs more.
Your cutting plan is dangerous ... you aren't starting with enough muscle or enough weight ... what exactly are you hoping to "cut"??? Because you're already 117 ... and cutting implies weight loss ... so are you seriously going to try to lose weight? To what? 92 lbs again?
I don't see where you can go from 117 without it being detrimental to your health.
Anyway...for your cutting plan, you mention over two hours of cardio ... you need to keep in mind that overdoing the cardio, even during a cut, is a bad idea. The purpose of a cut is to cut "fat" and maintain muscle. If you overdo the cardio, you'll be doing the exact opposite.

Let me save you guys a lot of time. I spoke to ashley for quite sometime on msn, and she's very set in her ways. No point reasoning with her, cause I got fed up after a month of trying to teach her a few things. Let her think she knows best.
Take this for what it's worth, but trust me, not only does it take time to build solid mass as a natural, but being a woman makes it worse (not being prejudice but woman lack the testosterone levels you need to build mass in a short period of time). Bottom line is testosterone will make you grow.
Anyways, I would recommend a continuation of a clean bulk until summer 2008. you look fine right now, no need to stop at this point.

As you stated though, she doesn't listen, so there's no point trying to reason with her...

Believe me when I say that most of us here know she is very set in her ways. We've known her through many of her incarnations here.
All we can do is try - and if she ignores the good advice she's been given here, then that's her mistake and ultimately her prerogative.
I do wonder though ... Ashley, are you still attending therapy? What does your therapist think of your plan to cut? Since she's an eating disorder therapist, I would think she wouldn't be all that excited about the idea, especially considering your current weight and how recently you sought help.

Awww, Ashley...I know how you feel, I'm constantly wondering how I'm going to drop this 'bulking fat' too...but lady, I've seen your pictures and whatever fat you see, as real as it may seem to you...it's not there. I know I don't have much chance of convincing you where others who know a lot more haven't been able to, but I just want to point out that there IS something between losing and gaining weight...that thing people with eating disorders forget about. Maintaining, letting your body adjust to the recent changes, and enjoying your energy/health!

Hmmmmm.........by the sounds of things you are very impressionable and your boyfriend's ideals of "feminity" sound detrimental to your gains. I am bigger and heavier than you and STILL entirely feminine (thank you very much). Does you bf know what muscles look like? Because you are certainly no where NEAR MUSCULAR. I don't mean to be insulting or anything - just concerned that you are going to be falling back into your old habits!
Exactly.
I've been lurking on and off and noticed the same thing. Point taken B2P so........... good bye!****************************************

Ash, I feel you babe but think about it; you got your chest back! Ain't nothing more feminine than that!!
I speak for myself and maybe Tara (Please T, correct me if I'm wrong), but both of our sigficant others prefer the way we look now than when we were 20 lbs lighter. Seriously. We're more confident, rounder, more feminine, and it's awesome.Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

I don't think anyone mentioned a 6 pack ... and I'm not sure that what you just said is going to encourage her to pursue her goals in adding lean mass and getting some decent muscle definition. :\ The entire point of the girls' posts was to encourage her NOT to allow guys like her boyfriend whose skewed understanding of what "muscular" is deter her from her goals ...
