A clean bulk you would most likely have to make your own and it would be the best choice as well. PB, Oats, Whey/Casein, Fruit, etc. Real Gains and Mass Meal are solid choices.

Its Muscle Milk with tons of carbs added, and the stranger, possibly toxic (the creatine precursor) stuff taken out.
