yeah, for your age that is pretty good.
it's 1.5x your weight, so that's decent. i know a good amount of people that can do that though. once you start to get to 2x your weight for deads that's really good.Start(8/06): Current Max: Goal:
Bench 150 210 260
Squat 195 250 305
Dead 195 260 350
Weight 148 160 175

seriously though I didn't post to brag or anything. I'm wondering if its a good lift for my weight/age. I know that guys here do close to 400lbs at my age. so its hard to brag when a lot of guys are doing the same thing. That's like me saying I'm better then u since my hair is brown. I could probably do the 300 twice. so its not a 5x5 lift.

How much for squats, if you can do 300 deadlifts, I am sure you can do a good amount n the squats. You dont have to post a video, I know plently of people a little bit older than you that can deadlift 300lbs so Im sure its possible for someoen a little bit younger.

yea.....OK. I dont think u understand what I'm saying, If I understand this right it seems that u have a though in ur head that says who ever posts a stat is bragging, so if I try to explain u still dont care and think what u want. Fine, that's ur opinion but I'm saying. I'm not bragging, I'm asking if its good for my weight and size. Its not an outrages lift, I know most of the guys here can do it but for someone my age and weight I was wondering it it was good. An 8yo benching 135 seems great but a 20yo benching that isn't, do you see what I mean. I dont want to get into some online forum argument, I'm just trying to explain something. And no I dont "smoke weed"
