I was just checking with the board and wanted to say Happy New Year. I spend the holiday (2 weeks) with my future in laws, so my diet was great, but at the same time wasn't too awful and I did get some cardio and lunges in. Actually the time off was nice also.
I am doing better with my diet - Finally and have upped my cardio. Doing a lot more lunges and extenstion on my lower body than I did before. I think this might help my issues with my lower body mass.
I am feeling pretty good right now and that is nice for a change. Hope everyone is doing well also.
