Alright so I have eaten tuna every school day for the longest time with a handful of almonds after, and I REALLY need to change this. I'm getting so ****ing sick of eating tuna. The thing is I am at school and am trying to focus all my carbs before my workout. So I am trying not to have carbs at this meal. What could I have at school that does not have carbs? ( I thought of harboiled eggs, but I eat enough of those for breakfast.)
Thanks guys.

I buy whole wheat buns (150 kcals) and throw the cold turkey (or microwave it) and some mustard on it and you're good.

re
if you got a food processor or magic bullet, throw some chicken in there with onion, pepper and some low fat mayo. Blend the sh!t out of it and you got yourself some healthy chicken salad (sometimes i even keep out the mayo and throw a little bit of olive oil in it). Throw on top of some wheat bread or Triscuits and there you go. Also good just straight up with some veg on the side.
