What could I have instead of tuna?

Alright so I have eaten tuna every school day for the longest time with a handful of almonds after, and I REALLY need to change this. I'm getting so ****ing sick of eating tuna. The thing is I am at school and am trying to focus all my carbs before my workout. So I am trying not to have carbs at this meal. What could I have at school that does not have carbs? ( I thought of harboiled eggs, but I eat enough of those for breakfast.)

    Thanks guys.

how about chicken breast? have chicken with some veggies.

or maybe just try and jazz things up with the tuna. there are alot of threads about what to mix with tuna, i.e, hot sauce, mustard, ketchup, i sometimes mix it in with a can of beans.

Cook a big ass turkey and freeze the meat. Turkey is a great source of low-fat protein.

I throw a serving of turkey in a sandwich bag and freeze it. I can cook enough for a few weeks if I cook a 15 lb bird. Then take it out of the freezer a day or two before you want to eat it.

I buy whole wheat buns (150 kcals) and throw the cold turkey (or microwave it) and some mustard on it and you're good.

hI SC, go for Salmon, mackerel, turkey & skinless lean chicken breast meats.

Get purple sweet potatoes prior to workout. It's great source of complex carbs.

Anybody know if salmon can be found in the same small cans as tuna? Seems like every place I go, they only have the full sized cans of the salmon.

if you got a food processor or magic bullet, throw some chicken in there with onion, pepper and some low fat mayo. Blend the sh!t out of it and you got yourself some healthy chicken salad (sometimes i even keep out the mayo and throw a little bit of olive oil in it). Throw on top of some wheat bread or Triscuits and there you go. Also good just straight up with some veg on the side.
