When to take Cellmass

I just started taking Cellmass and have been doing 2 servings on workout days. one right when I wake up (5:30-6:30), and one right after I workout (approx. 5 p.m.). On rest days I take cellmass one serving, right when I get up? is this good or would you guys change anything about how many servings I'm taking and when?

Also, how long after cellmass can I take my whey?

I did and it says 2x/day on wrkout and rest days. but it doesnt say when exactly.

It tells you when to take it

this is what the label says:

On Training Days: Serving 1: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice immediately following your workout (on an empty stomach). Serving 2: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice, 6-8 hours before or after your post workout serving (on an empty stomach).
