I was wondering, do you use any sauce on your rice, meat, etc?
Sometimes I use Famous Dave BBQ sauce. It has 0 calories, 0 fat, 0 protein, and lil carbs.

I use tons of sauce. Tabasco mainly, but when making tuna dishes I use peri-peri sauce. Pretty calorific for a sauce and I don't count the cals in my sauces but whatever, I'm bulking :-)
