!6 year beginner 2 months constant

The improvement isn't obvious to me. By looking at your other threads I have the idea that you already workout hard (or as hard as possible) so you probably need to work on your diet. Get more carbs and the required protein, eat as many times a day as you can fit on your shcedule and keep on pumping iron.
Remember that you won't grow by training only, no matter how hard and heavy you lift. You need to provide your body with excess resources for it to be "willing" on using them in the luxury of developing bigger muscles. The keyword in your case is "diet" I believe and the priority is to get your caloric intake up!
Regardless of all that, it's hard to develop obvious differences in 2 months so just keep experimenting, see what works for you and stick with that for as long as it works

Gotta eat bro! Eat eat eat...have to fill yourself up so your body will use it. Also rest well. Protein shakes at night are great too before sleeping so your body will have the nutrition overnight to repair itself and grow. Keep training hard and your body will answer.

Pretty decent build for your size. Good definition. Hit squats and deadlifts and mostly compound exercises for now. And like they said "eat". Good job.

lol thanks guys, i tot this thread has no hope cuz it has been inactive for more than 200 days ++ as for my legs they are small so im still working on them.. will post pix of leg when they r of decent size..
