New to this..
I just started working out this week.. Its been awhile.. But i am glad to be back.. I see alot of new products out there.. Just getting back into it I am taking a Protein powder and creatine, my multi.. and fat burner and carb blocker.. Do you guys have any recommendations on what i need to take to get a good jump start.. Thanks

^^^^^ agreed carb blockers are junk, just eat the correct carbs (oats, sweet potato, whole grains)

Just keep your diet in checked make sure you eat the right kind of food. If you search on threads that have been post you will know what you need to be eatting.

This is what i have going thus far..
Now Adam
Now Salmon Oil..
Eas 100% Whey Protein
Greenbuldge 45-60min pre w/o
Purplewraith 15-20min pre w/o
after workouts I will be doing Whey+Oats..
Thanks for helping me get started... Hopefully i can gain for 12wks..
then cutt.. I am sure with the activity i will be loosing fat as well..

Also, drink plenty of water during your workouts

definately progress journal.. I will logg daily in it.. I will keep you updated..
At my local gym.. I just enrolled in a "Kick Off" program
Cardiovascular assessment
Body Composition assessment
Flexibility assessment
Strength assessment
BP screening
Training session.. (this is for recommended weight training and aerobic exercise)
Nutrition Information
I think that is the best way to go about it IMO.. It just helps me to start a solid routine.. Until they call with an appointment.. I do my 15min cardio then I lift for 45 min.. I am so psyched..
