Very solid... will you be doing a progress log / progress journal at all ?

Also, drink plenty of water during your workouts

definately progress journal.. I will logg daily in it.. I will keep you updated..
At my local gym.. I just enrolled in a "Kick Off" program

Cardiovascular assessment
Body Composition assessment
Flexibility assessment
Strength assessment
BP screening
Training session.. (this is for recommended weight training and aerobic exercise)
Nutrition Information

I think that is the best way to go about it IMO.. It just helps me to start a solid routine.. Until they call with an appointment.. I do my 15min cardio then I lift for 45 min.. I am so psyched..
