    Insane gains with this program...

    Here's my workout--MWF

    Bench Pyramid

    1 -- add 2.5 lbs to every rep every week/workout

    I've put on literally 45 pounds on bench in the past week. I'm up to 260 1RM now. The only downside to this is I don't think I'm putting on too much muscle mass...i've gained 15 pounds but most of it is prolly fat/creatine water.

    if you've gained 45lbs on bench and 15lbs body weight in one week, i think that you were doing something wrong before and just werent seeing any gains

    i honestly dont think its your routine that got you those gains

    i meant month. i knwo a lot of it is muscle memory, but for the 2 weeks before that month iw as putting on nothing.

    However, you might not want to max three times a week. Bad for the joints, stressful for the muscles to the point where you could plateau very quickly.
