Good Progress for a year?
I started out training September 05 and have continued 3 days a week until now and will do into the future. I don't have any before pics but current pics would be easy enough to get lol. Just wondering if this was good progress for a teen? (18)
Chest was 36 now 46
Arms were 11.5 now 16
Shoulders were 42 now 51
Thighs were 20 now 26
Bench was 100 now 315
Deadlift was 125 now 315
Squat was 180 now 400
Weight was 140lbs, now 205
Height 5'11''
Now cutting but as soon as get bodyfat down to 7% at around 180lbs thn i will bulk again until April or May, looking to add 50lbs to each of main lifts and add 10lbs of muscle before cutting down to 6% for the summer. Any tips for cutting supplements?
