Cool down: 50 pushups and 3 sets of 25 crunches
Today was a pretty easy day. Everything felt good even tho this weekend I had absolutely no energy. Been kind of sick though so thats why. Im new at this but i wanted to try it (the journal thingy). Feel free to comment and I'll be in touch.
