People often advice that it's not a good idea to mix your protein and leave it in the fridge for the next day as it gets clumpy and also ideas of protein breakdown, but if this happens, how do companies make RTD protein drinks and keep them nice?

dont they heat them at a high temperature, in order to kill off the bacteria, kinda like how milk is pasturized!!!
