okay heres my deal, i want a good tasting protein powder source(i.e mrp ,protein supplement).it does not have to be a low carb, i react very well even on high carb pwders(n-large,i know its not a protien powder, but its a protein source,catch my drift).something that tastes good and has a mutli source protein profile.thank you in advance.

Yep, get my prolab whey, cause its cheap, then I go to the factory to get caseinate and flax.

Try muscle milk...it taste good, has a mixture of whey and casein and some fats mostly mct. I think you are looking at 32 12 18, I think in terms of protein/carbs/fat.

Muscle Milk is pretty good! It has a good taste and the formula is pretty good. I definitely agree J-rod!

You can get straight caseinate though for about 5.99/lbs. I think Micellar is like 9.99/lbs.
