another issue is how to break distractors
for example you are heavily into posting threads and posts on bodybuilding.com
how do you break that session
and do five minutes of work of what you are supposed to?
slap your hands together and yell salami
that will be your cue

nope, there was a one post deep in the red in the teen forum last week.
a good way to fix procrastination is to just do it without thinking about it. what stops you is the thinking, you think "why do i have to do this" or "i can do it later" the thinking is what makes you procrastinate. just count to 10 and when you get to 10 then just do

Step 1. Decide what you have to do.
Step 2. Decide the best way to do it.
Step 3. Get off your ass and do it.

bottom line: if you wanna make anything happen, get up off your ass and make it happen.

You have to beat procrastination down and tell it to leave. If it still sticks around then you have to hurl boulders at it...wait, we are talking about Procrastination the Bear, right?
