He had a pec tear on the Rambo 3 cover i think .... I like his physique, in his prime, I wouldn't be surprised if he juiced, not saying he did...
He had some verry decent mass on him, but not nearly competition-wyseTraining in Budokai Do.

here is a pic of him in his prime before filming rambo 3 remember he is 5 feet 10 i think he was all natural...the guy is a fitness nut seriously he said he tried everything short of steroids.
this is him at 54 years old
this is him at 59 years old pretty good for his age! he has that freaky vascularity of paul dillet and his right pec i the one that has a wire.

yeah rambo 3 at the begining when he was stick fighting, he was really conditioned.

ya man i heard stallone was at his most ripped and shredded during rocky 3 and 4! he was 195 pounds at like 4 percent body fat...he also said it made him lightheaded.
i loved his build in rambo 3 he had a bit more body fat.

I think it's important to see the evolution of his physique. In the 2006 pic, he is 59 and looking incredible and in the best shape of his life (exept in Rambo 3). There is no actors around with a physique like his and he is nearly 60. During the 80's, there was Arnold, Stallone, maybe Van Damme. Now, no one exept Stallone keeping truckin' (Maybe John Cena). Way to go Sly.. you're the man.

On his website he mentions using a "cider" that was "almost as strong as steroids"
I love his physique in Rocky III and Rocky IV..... for which he got freakin' lean.

He was trained by Columbu back in the old days, so I'm sure he was around a lot of bodybuilders (and with that comes juice). I'm pretty sure he's used in the past and today. How many 60 year old guys do you see that are in his kind of condition? Nothing wrong with that, though.

Many years ago he came in as a VIP to a store that I was working in. The first thing that struck me was his height. He was not very tall. I didn't measure him, but at a guess I would say 5'7".
