its legit...its obvious franco did a great job with such short time and no roids! he even said the roids wont give you definition that the producers wanted...man im pretty sure stallone had to give him a few thousands short of a million just for that 7 week training...i think stallone got paid 12 million for rambo 3.

I am no doctor and I don't have high bp but blood work every 4 months to get your bp checked? Geesh what about just using one of those machines at CVS or straping one of those things to your arm that pumps up and deflates? It just seems a like overkill to get your blood work checked every 4 months just to check your bp, but like I said I am not a doc and I don't have high bp. LOL

Checking your blood is never a bad thing to do. A lot of diabetes incidents and cardiovascular disease could be prevented if people got their blood checked regularly, which they never do until it's too late (like starting to lock the doors AFTER the house gets robbed).

Well if the interview was legit then I don't think he took roids, but I read where Arnold said he took roids when he was cutting to minimize muscle loss. So I don't know if the "if you take roids you won't be able to get definition" reason is truthful or not.

ya but damn i doubt the producers would of fired stallone if he couldnt make the changes in 7 weeks i mean stallone is rambo! how would they replace him.

One word.......Winstrol. There are roids that make you bigger and roids that help you cut.

I still don't believe that Franco ate all that yogurt haha. The bench contest is so funny, though. I read a Frank Zane interview where he said that Franco used to never use less than 315 on the bench. Franco warms up with 315, and Stallone thought he could hang?

ya hahah...frank zane used pretty light weights compared to the other bodybuilders i heard his max was 285 on the bench i could be wrong.

That might have been the max amount that he used, but I doubt it was his true 1RM.
