I took 2 weeks off and went back last week. I didn't get a chance to train shoulder's last week, and on sunday I started getting these shoulder twitches that last about 3 or 4 seconds then come back at random times. What could be causing this?

I have whole body muscle twitches...how about that for annoying. I've been to some neuros to see what was causing it, and they say its BFS - benign fasciculation syndrome. They don't know what causes it, and there is not really a remedy for it. It resolves over time to some degree. Mine has gotten way better, but I still get them.

Nothing to worry about. It's just annoying."For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38,39
