I have 2 weeks til a date with this hot chick. she live interstate, coming to visit. i wanna be ripped as. what protein is needed to get the big muscles in short time? Not TOO big though, i dont wanna get too freaky. Plus what muscles is best for working out? do girls like the biceps the best? Im thinking about just work out the biceps...really pump them up. dont wanna get too big everywhere. im thinking a good workout is this:
monday: bicep curls with bar and dumbell. 10 sets of each. 200 crunches
tuesday: cable curls hardcore drop set. 10 of them. 200 crunches
wednesday: rest the biceps
thursday: repeat.
Should i take the creetine? I dont think its good..a friend of mine took it and he got really angry, just wanted to fight everyone. any advice? please help me out.

Well the key to muscle growth to impress girls is a lot of bicep isolation. Id stick to about 20 sets for biceps, 3-4 days a week to get maximal pump. At all costs avoid squats and deadlifts, the size in your back and legs could make your biceps look small. Also, building a good chest is great. Lots of chest flyes will help shape your muscles. Creatine?! Never! Creatine is a steroid! Um hmm, oh and they key to diet is eating everything in sight, including small animals and children. Push it to the limit dude.

Hahahhaha... 200 crunchies!!! WTF. If you want abs lower your BF% and use a machine at the gym as you need weight resistance to get them bigger. Not 400 crunchies a week. Also you "dont want to get too freaky"... In 2 weeks? Are you STUPID! It takes 2 weeks at least to even see the smallest overall difference. Abs + Pecks + Arms = main priority.
I got some lil' red gems...

WOW! man in two weeks your not gonna be able to do much. I don't know w hat ur body type is now, but if take something like creatine it will make ur muscles bloat. It might make ui look bigger... But people use it to help with performance and help build muscle in the long run. There really isn't a lot u can do, but just take in a lot of protein and maybe try the HIT program.

it is physiologically impossible to put on any muscle mass within the 1st 4-6 weeks of weight lifting, so it really is hopeless. If i was you I would stuff you shirt with tissue paper in order to give the illusion your riped. While your at it stuff your crotch, thats the area girls like to see bulge the most.

Ok listen and learn. You gotta do this quick. This is a secret that not many people know about and I'm sharing it with you. Sperm. Yes, thats right, SPERM. Sperm is VERY high in protein.. at least 100g per tablespoon. You want big arms right? Then you need to consume at LEAST 10 loads per day. Now GO! You dont have much time.
