egg white and cheese on a deli roll?
Every few days I hit the local deli before I go to work for a quick b-fast. I'm in the process of cutting so I'm trying to stay on a low carb, high protein diet, while weight training 5 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week for 30 minutes.
At the deli I get 3 egg whites and a slice of cheese on a deli roll w/ a slice of ham. Is this something I could let slide in my diet? As I said, I don't eat em every morning but they are delish.
