    NHA timing in workout cycles

    I've just ordered the appropriate bits to give the NHA stack a go (Activate+RR). Now, the workouts that I do generally run around 9-12 weeks in length. For example, the 5x5 I'm doing now is 9 weeks so I'll use that as an example. It's split up into a 4 week volume phase then a 5 week intensification phase. Given that NHA is recommended to be run for 30 days before taking at least 30 days off, where should that 30 days on be slotted into the workout cycle? At the beginning so that when the weights ramp up during the second phase you can take advantage of any strength gains acheived while on the NHA? Or during the second phase because (1) the weights are lower during the first phase and (2) the second phase is when you start taking advantage of the base laid down in the first volume phase?

    Similarly, I also do HST cycles of around 8 weeks broken up into 2 weeks each of high/medium/low reps (and corresponding changes in weights) and a final heavy week before taking the 8th week off. Where would be the best point to slot the 30 days of NHA in there?

    I'd go with the NHA during the early portion of the routine, perhaps weeks 2-3-4-5. If you're interested, check out the NHA+Xfactor logs......they can last 8+ weeks if dosed per our recommendation and the results people saw were nothing short of amazing.

    i agree...or if you only want to use NHA for 30 days, you can throw something like Ebol or Xfactor for the remaining 4-5 weeks before or after NHA

    Unfortunately being on the wrong side of 30, creaky joints is something one wishes to avoid at all cost! So no x-factor for me - not that I would have had any in time for this cycle anyway!

    I'm surprised I haven't seen this question before, or am I the only person who uses periodisation in their workouts? (to great effect, I might add)

    I plan on doing 6 weeks for Nha, using Rebound Reloaded as recommended on the website but on week 3 of activate ramping up to 6 caps a day. Possibly 2 caps prior to my workout in the early morning then 2 caps spread out the middle of the day , 2 caps at night.

    was there a question? 6 caps isnt unheard of, just make sure you ramp down the dosage before the end of the cycle.

    most likely you wont have to, but to complete a 4 week cycle it works out that way unless you cut the cycle short by a few days. plus i am not a fan or ramping dosages way up and then cutting them off. thats me though.

    If it works well [enough] for me over the 4 weeks - whichever four weeks I happen to choose - then I'll think about extending out to 6 or 7 weeks on the activate next time, but for now I've just got the one bottle of each.
