Bicep curls saved my life (or atleast my house) the other night! ! i was cooking myself some pasta preparing my nice high calorific meal because im bulking. I decided to sit down and watch some series on flex magazine, i was hypnotised for like an hour straight with all those buffed up men covered in oil it was getting to much!! (No homo)
Anyway so my pasta was cooking away while i as watching tv and i could smell burning i was like "Wow strong burning smell" then i heard a "Boom protein!" i thought OH NO my protein is being burnt and denatured in the pot i ran into the kitchen to find my pasta on fire.... blazing out of control i was like "WHAT THE **** DO I DO" luckily i remembered all those bicep curls i do every day in the gym to get buff and used my "Wow strong arms" to lift the pot and throw it all the way into the neighbours garden. Preventing my house from catching fire luckily.
Your probably thinking? Wow strong waste of pasta, but my mouth is delicate i didnt wanna eat burnt pasta. Anyways, do bicep curls! They may save your house one day!!
