just finished cycle now do i change routine. i was going 5-8 reps. monday back tue chest wen legs off thur fri shoulders sat arms. do i change if so how need some advice thanks.
i have heard various opinions about cycling creatine.can you just tell me what is closer to right and what worked for you? do you cycle for 3,5,8 weeks...? or you don't cycle it at all?
