Hey, I think I did a body makeover (lol) but seriously, Im looking for constructive critiques for my physique, so I can kinda gauge what I need to work on or just give it all up.

well
well....
as a matter a fact i just started my bulk program and i don't haev any pictures of me right now at this moment for i will have some next month....
but yes bro my height is definitely not against me...you just have to grind out hard as hell and you'll see how much it pays off....height doesn't mean anything....GRIND IT OUT...play the cards right and stay focused...trust me someone will be watching you then and coming to you for advice....
i train at supreme fitness on 229 baldiwn road in hempstead, new york....
also in those pics you see...i was more on fasting alot....but now im eating more...

V, most important is to stay focused, eat smaller meals each day and train like an animal. I would go on a bulking up program for the next 4 to 5 months and cut in the spring. looking solid and balanced! training at my gym... if you want a serious hard core workout...no bs if you want to get bigger bro. stay strong!
