    New to the site, new to the lifestyle

    First off I want to point out that this community is awesome. I've browsed here multiple times...you guys really are great. Anyway, I'm new to the site, and only have been into actually building up my body for almost 2 months. But hey..Im looking forward to the future.

    Im about 170lbs, 6'2 or so. For about a month I've started really lifting and such and I've seen results...more definition rather than gaining however. I eat a tooon of food, lots of calories but I never seem to gain much.

    Recently I purchased Natures Best Zero Carb Isopure. I have yet to try it out. Im looking for maybe a gain of some weight and definitly some muscle of course as soon as I can. I was looking into buying BNS N.O. X-Plode as well. However Im familiar with the essentials. Im looking for some creatine, protein and possibly mass builder....

    What do you guys think, and what would you recommend. My apologies for the n00bish post.

    Creatine: Just start with a good ol monohydrate like PROLAB or PRIMAFORCE.

    Protein: ON 100% is a staple for almost all serious lifters

    Mass Builder: Oats! Eat more food and train hard consistantly.

    Try and get some fish oil and some antioxidants like green tea in there as well. Multivitamin too!
