I don't see that it is common but it certainly happens. It is important to drink lots of water (4.5l a day).

I wont say I dont respond...but I dont like the WAY I respond. I feel like I puff up.
I didnt have this problem with Green Magnitude.....but I prefer Beta Alanine instead. Different mechanism...same end result as most get with creatine.

Monohydrate does nothing for me. I'll give beta alanine a shot at some point.

I dont respond to mono, or do with be CEE, but find IntraXCell (beta-alanine based) VERY effective. Its not creatine, indeed its very different in mode/action/results, but so far, I haven't heard of any non-responders.
