Venting, physiology
Ughh, I'm really happy I'ved ecided to become a persoanl trainer but all this physiology and kineseology, etc. is a PITA!

I dunno how I'm gonna remember this stuff! Heck, I'm not even sure if I spelled it right?

It's easier to remember than you think. Once you start to apply it in your everyday life with things like lifting and cardio, it gets easier to remember.
I covered all that stuff in studying for my PTA years ago and I still remember it.
