supplement doesnt do anything if the way you train doesnt

    first.
    eat more. add 500 calories.
do it for 3 weeks. if you dont see any gains, then change up your sets/reps/exercises.
I eat for purpose, not pleasure

Plateau at 17? Don't think so, plateaus are for 30 yr. old guys that have been lifting for 15 years. Listen to these guys. Eat more, Switch up your routine. Maybe take some T3 or Anavol, In fact theres a MASS stack that has these two and one other one. You could try that. Good Luck!

yeah, like they were saying change up the excercises. but if you want to keep the same ones, drop the weight down a little (like 10%) and then work back up, you should go through the plateau.
    Start(8/06): Current Max: Goal:
    Bench 150 210 260
    Squat 195 250 305
    Dead 195 260 350

    Weight 148 160 175

Most likely, you're just burned out. Teenagers are notorious for going into the gym, killing themselves, resting improperly and never seeing any gains. Make sure you take regular off days during your training cycle. Also, make sure your routine is changing every 4-6 weeks.

Well first off your wrong anyone can have a plateau, which is where you see no results or lose results, which can be caused bya varitey of factors, from overtraining being the biggest, to not switching up your workout. A couple months ago i was in a huge plateau my bench was 185 for about 2 months until i finally decided to start watching my nutrition (more calories, more protein) and switching up my workout, such as Dropsets, Negative reps, or doing something else before bench.

P.S the mass stack is awesome, im on it right now

listen to everyone else. change up your exercises, hes right you shouldnt be hitting real plateau's. our bodies are smart. they adapt to the excersises we do, we can't help that. get some protein and better workouts. youll get past it.

search tool is your best weapon, but listen to what they're telling you: change your diet and exercises. I also read something about a 100 rep set somewhere, sounded like it would work
