GreeneMachine's IntraXCell log
Product logged is IntraXCell from Athletic Edge Nutrition.

Order some by clicking on image
What's In It?
Supplement Facts:
Serving Size: 6 Capsules
Servings Per Container: 30
Amount Per Serving:
Vitamin E 30IU 100%
2XCell Blend: 4,202mg
(Beta-Alanine (4g), N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Alpha-Lipoic Acid)
Other Ingredients:
Gelatin, cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue #2.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one serving daily. IntraXCell may be taken with or without food--food may dampen the prickling/flushing effect that some people experience from Beta-Alanine.
On training days: Take one serving 15-20 minutes prior to exercise (can be conveniently taken with our Pre-Workout formula SteelEdge).
On non-training days: Continue to take one serving daily with food. For best results, use IntraXCell daily for a minimum of one month to optimize intracellular muscle carnosine levels.

First dose down
I got my IntraXCell today and took my first dose right after dinner. I started feeling the prickling sensation about 20 minutes after taking it and it got pretty intense for a few minutes and soon mellowed out. It's not an annoying sensation but it kind of reminds me of the feeling you get when a body part falls asleep. It doesn't last for too long though and I'm guessing after a few doses the effect will start to diminish altogether. I'll log again tommorrow after my first workout on IntraXCell

You may want to split your dose into 3 caps twice daily as many people do.
Looking forward to following along...

First Workout on IXC
So i decided to split the dose up to 3/3. I took 3 before my workout and 3 after my workout and I have to say that it seems to keep the prickling at bay. Well, not much to say at this point it's really to early to notice anything significant but I will say that I did get some great pumps during my workout.
Here was my diet for the day:
M1
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 glasses apple juice
M2
1 protein shake
1 banana
M3
5 oz chicken breast
1 cup steamed broccoli
small side salad
2 glasses apple juice
M4
1 protein shake
1 banana

3 caps pre and 3 post workout seem like the preferred method of most IntraXCell users..
Did you notice any prickling? We had one of our previous IntraXCell testers, Sherri, who really didn't experience much prickling at all.
Good start, looking forward to following along.

When i split the dose I didn't hardly realize any prickling at all. It seems to work very well when it's split.

Workout Numero Dos
So today went very well. I took 3 caps of IntraXCell with my No-xplode about 15 minutes before I hit the gym and 15 minutes after finished working out. I just had a damn good workout today. I was getting huge pumps and I seemed to be recovering faster from my sets. I was feeling really good about throwing up some heavy weights so I grabbed the 80's from the rack today for dumbell presses instead of my usual 70's and I threw them up for 4 sets of 5. I felt good, I was getting massive pumps in my chest while on the peck deck and in my lats on my pulldowns, I wasn't burning out easily. I have to say that for it only being workout number I am already becoming impressed.
Diet for the day was the same as day 1.

sounds great!.....but, just wait until weeks 2-3...you'll feel like you only have to rest for like 15 seconds between sets.....

You haven't seen anything yet, wait until 1-2 weeks, where performance will really start increasing as IntraXCell continues to build up carnosine levels.
The pumps and vascularity from IntraXCell, for me personally are unparalleled to anything I have ever used.
Thanks for the updates!

Today was similar to yesterday. I was tired from a long 12 hour workday but as soon as i hit the gym i was in the zone. Today I noticed when I did my concentration curls ( I do them "old school" like Arnold ) that I was able to do a few more reps than usual. Same as yesterday I recovered very quickly from sets and had amazing pumps.
M1:
3 hard boiled eggs
2 strips of bacon
OJ
M2:
protein shake
M3:
Catfish
Mashed potatoes
steamed broccoli
M4:
Protein shake
banana w/ peanut butter

pretty good day
So today I felt like running more than usual for some reason and I ran 3 miles instead of the usual 1 or 1.5 I was still feeling good though afterwards and had another great workout. I did shoulders/legs/abs and I have to let everyone know that I am a big big fan of the military press. I usually do 4 sets with 85 lbs because I have a little bit of a problem with my right shoulder but today that just felt to light so I put an extra 10lbs on and didn't have any problems. I'm feeling stronger with my lifts and more explosive and I started to see some striatons that I never noticed so I was pumped. I have never been on a cutting cycle before and I'm not sure if these are due to my decrease in caloric intake or just due to the fact that I have been training harder than I ever have before. I like it though, I'm looking more diesel already

im pretty buisy at school, and then I work after school, and I noticed a big difference in my workout intensity and gains when I started eating more often. you should just bring a can of tuna to work, you can scarf that down in seconds. It will add another meal, and wont take too much time out of your day. Definately try to eat more emals tho, it will help with the cutting too by boosting your metabolism. Good luck, and this intraxcell stuff sounds pretty good.
