    Can you get ripped,without getting big

    Is there a way that you can get ripped,but not pack on the pounds and get big and huge?If there is a way,can you please tell me.

    Hey,
    people try to get ripped, and not lose their weight...

    So cutting, will loose you a weight...
    But you can't get big and huge without getting the lbs on...

    lol that's very easy.

    here's what you should do...

    eat very low carbs, high protien, lift with some intensity and do cardio 7x / week in morning .

    I guarantee you that you'll get ripped without packing on a single piece of mass in 2 months tops(if even that).

    yes it will work.

    Also cardio does not affect "not getting big" like kutulus said, but you will have to eat a ****load eitherway to get big if you're doing cardio... Unless yer on an empty stomach which should be your goal.

    Anyways if yer bulking you should minimize cardio but if you're trying to get ripped like you said just do this:

    1.Every morning (7x / week) 30 minutes of jogging
    2. eat carbs only in the morning(after your jog) and after your workout(with protien)
    3. The rest, have like 6-8 small meals a day, with like 25 grams of protien at each meal. It should be simple if you get carbless protien powder
    4. When you lift, take like half of your sets to failure, but MAKE SURE you're getting a pump. work 4x a week with this kind of split:

    monday:legs
    Tuesday: Chest/shoulders
    Wednesday: Rest
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: Triceps/Biceps

    I guarantee you that you'll get ripped in 2 months.
