Is there a way that you can get ripped,but not pack on the pounds and get big and huge?If there is a way,can you please tell me.

Also cardio does not affect "not getting big" like kutulus said, but you will have to eat a ****load eitherway to get big if you're doing cardio... Unless yer on an empty stomach which should be your goal.
Anyways if yer bulking you should minimize cardio but if you're trying to get ripped like you said just do this:
1.Every morning (7x / week) 30 minutes of jogging
2. eat carbs only in the morning(after your jog) and after your workout(with protien)
3. The rest, have like 6-8 small meals a day, with like 25 grams of protien at each meal. It should be simple if you get carbless protien powder
4. When you lift, take like half of your sets to failure, but MAKE SURE you're getting a pump. work 4x a week with this kind of split:
monday:legs
Tuesday: Chest/shoulders
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Back
Friday: Triceps/Biceps
I guarantee you that you'll get ripped in 2 months.
