I'm keen on making my legs more flexible, do you think doing stretches every day is a good day ? just wonder if it's the more the better when it comes to stretches

To really improve your flexibility I would recommend very intense PNF stretching.
You should only do that say ever other day or so. And you should really have someone do it to you that knows what they are doing. The strength coach for the steelers did some on me and let me tell you I was drenched in sweat and my legs were sore for 3 days.

As often as possible. Make sure to warm the muscle first before stretching. You don't need to work it, just warm it up. I used to run hurdles and stretched every day. I think it made my squat go up more quickly as well. I gained 10 lbs a month on my max consistently for 2 years when used to strecth all the time. I've heard it helps create "room" for the muscle to grow into.
Bench 335 x 4, 375 x 1
Squat 455 x 2
DL 495 x 4
