I have a question.
First off I will tell you that I am not inetersted in being incredibly bulked, and incredibly ripped. I want to be healthy and have a decent amount of muscle.
I was wondering if going on the Atkins diet while lifting and running will produce results. I want to lower my body fat to about 4-5% and am currently at about 10 or 12% I am a good runner and a hard gainer in lifting.
My pics are on this site under "Check out this big guy" By Fizler.
Comments will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike

BBer Diet
Im not a BBer. And thats exactly why. Im 18 and honestly dont care about trying out that diet because its just not possible for me. In response to the 4-5% bf, thats just a guess. I just want to get to a bf that I can maintain year round with no scuggle.
I just want to know if I will obtain results by doing this. I know I will, but I just want to know youre thoughts about giving it a shot.
It cant hurt to give it a shot, wtf not I think.

to my knowledge, the basic atkins is a keto. if you want to hold onto your muscle and not burn it off in the same proportions as you burn fat off, i recomend a keto, but carbin up every week (CKD). if you dont feel like listening to people who've already been where you are, then just go ahead and do your idea and you'll see the results for yourself.

Yeah thats what I figure. IMHO everytime I come on here and ask for advice I screw myself up. I have goals set in my head and everything and people give me different opinions and ideas. I figure you do better when you just go with your own ideas and wants. The more you want it the easier it is to achieve.
