First Cycle Plan
I workout 5-7 day per week, have a good diet, have done IGF & growth in the past, weigh about 170 lbs, 5' 10", 25 y.o., been working out for about 4 years but have not yet tried AS. I eat about 6 times a day not including shakes. I was eating very healthy but am now including more fats to try and out eat my turbo metabolism. I use muscle milk, creatine ester, flax seed, and am on top of my vitamins. I'm looking to gain some solid, keepable mass. I would rather gain a little solid mass than alot of water. I'm thinking about something with Deca because of joint problems.
Testabol Depot (T.Cypionate) 200mg/ml by BritishDragon
250 mg Mon & Thur for 12 weeks
DECA-DURABOLIN 250mg/ml, 2500mg per vial by BritishDragon
200mg Mon and Thur for 12 weeks
Universal post-cycle recovery program by Wallycn, slightly altered:
HCG 5000 IU per amp by Organon
250ius on mon and thurs starting week 2 of the cycle
Clomid 50mg per tab by Egis
Day 1 Post Cycle: Clomid @ 300mg
Days 2-14: Clomid @ 100mg ED
Days 15-28: Clomid @ 50mg ED
Nolvadex 10mg per tab by HEXAL
20mg ED or EOD continuing for 28 days past cycle
