Starting a new journal to keep track of progress and get some help and maybe help others along the way,as I said before.
I started rippetoes about 2 months ago only to have several injurys and little more than a fat belly,gonna stick with rippetoes for a few more months or until I dont get anymore gains and go into the PUSH/PULL split.
Last journal I got a little to personal about my life and wont this time around,
But I will say, STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS AND THOSE DIRTY AZZ COPPERS!!!!!!!!
Will post stats from 2 months ago to now,and next rippetoe WO with a recent
pic soon!
HOPEFULLY THIS TIME AROUND WILL BE INJURY FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PWO NOTES great workout good pump on everything but little dissapointed I could barely get the 165 on bench but I guess that was
expected after the shoulder injurys and taking bench off for awhile, elbows
felt good and only slight shoulder pain on bench.
PWO MEAL I CHEATED AND HAD 2 CHESSY GORDITA CRUNCHES FROM TACO BELL BUT THE NORM WILL BE CHICKEN SALAD WITH 2 SERVINGS OF VEGGIES
Oh yeah I will only be doing this WO on last day of the week, I will
