hello yall i am back again
i havent done my measurements in a month or new pix so tonight i will take new pics and measure and weigh myself i will edit all that in prolly around 11pm
height- 5'8

diet- for the last month i have worked way more then normal and my diet has been out of whack but the past two days it has been roughly how i want it to be
m1 . eat smart shake w/ 1%milk
m2 oatmeal and protien source (eggs or deli meat )
m3 roast beef and almonds
m4 chicken veggies almonds
m5 pwo shake / or bar
m6 chicken and pasta or something similair
m7. meat and healthy fat
so i will limit my carb intake to twice a day and vary by results
i am open to suggestions if anyone has any for diet

yesterday i opened my red acid for the first time and tried the intial dosing , about 20 mins later i had some stomach issues but today i didnt so it must be unrelated , yesterday i didnt really feel anything during my one pill for the day
so my intial doseing day lets call that day 0 was just light cardio on the bike
and i followed the listed diet to the "t"my blogs

sleep - only 6 hours
day 5 - gpp baby
i moved all day from a 2nd floor into another 2nd floor
couches love seat chairs . bags and bags of clothes
just a ton of ****
then walked the dog twice and run around with him a little nothing major but better then sitting on my butt
i got up at 6 am , it seemed kinda weird to do that just because i needed to walk the dog , eat breakfast and take RA , just seemed really early for supps
i cant really rememebr what i ate yesterday
todays diet has been off since i am at the new place with no food so hopefully i hit hannafords tonight and stock back up on chicken and fish
what fish do you guys eat ? i live right next to a market since its maine and all i can get stuff really cheap
any good ideas ?
sleep ony 6 hours again - i dont know if i will hit 190 for 5 on bench today
it would of been a stretch to do last work out when i did it for 3 so lackin in the rest department isnt going to helpmy blogs

lifting- heavy day

bench 110/130/150/170/190<- i think thats a pr which would be amazing since i have only slept 6 hours a night for the last week basically with no mid day naps like i usually take
also it felt really easy , i adjusted my techinque a little and bam ! i think i could of done 10 more lbs easy
i guess we will find out in 2 weeks wheather i could do 200x5 or not
last night i finally went to the groceray store so i have real food again start today
measurements up tomorrow
i am going to do weekly ones to keep myself on trackmy blogs

its been a full week since i updated on here
since my time online is very limited i sually just jump on bb.com to update
but either way my review of the last week
my cardio has been walkin and running with my dog (puppy) - sometimes i do this 4 times in one day so its quite bit compared to the 25 mins a day i was doing post lifting - also moved to the city and stop driving so i pretty much walk every where
my diet - has been pretty "on" considering what i was tryin to do
keeping carbs below 100 grams a day only eating them 2 meals a day
while eating lots of protien and healthy fat
btw la totilla (sic?) company has a great wrap with only 5 grams of carbs and 14 grams of fiber per wrap
lifts last workout since i am on the 5x5 kinda covers it
squat 150/170/190/230x3 190x8
bench 115/135/155/195x3 155*8
row 115/135/155/195x3 155*8
i really find the med. day my 5x5 to be harder, i think the 40 lbs jump on bench is a little much for my cns to adjust to
it seems like i have a much easier time when i only have to go from 175 to 195 and not all the way from 155
effects - the only solid evedence i have so far that RA gen 2 is working is my jeans , since i am a guy and only wear 2 diff pairs of jeans i notice when they fiot differently and my fav pair is starting to fall off me
last night on the walk to the theater i kept having to pull them up , when i bought them 3 months ago i could hardly get into them
and mostly in this last week or so they havent been staying up
i also noticed a diff in the mirror

had my first failure missed on 195 for 5 bench i really felt going in that i would hit it maybe its just too much to expect to hit prs well cutting

ok so i am still with out internet
which is rediculous , the cable guy hook evertything up but the modem is in my roommates room and he hasnt brought his comp to our new place yet so i have searched to find a signal but everything around me is secured by password
so untill he brings his comp and router i got nothing
what you should know about this week
5x5- bench failed at 195
mil press failed at 120
squat still going at 230
row still going at 195
i can see a huge diff in my waist line since i started , i can seem to find my measureing tape in any of my packed boxes though so i am left to wonder where i am at
i noticed a side effect - it would seem that my bm's are much softer and more errgent (i cant spell sorry)
its nothing major , but i can def seem to see a correlation from the time i take red acid to the time i need to bring the cleveland browns to the superbowl
as soon as i get internet i will get this back on trackmy blogs

i screwed my elbow up traing a client
so for the week i am going to do core stabilyt training and lts of cardio
my body is really coming in to its self i am really happy with my results
\i do wonder if i am suffer from lathergy though
i seem so tired lately , like my sch has been so hectic i think its just that but it was a thought that came to me yesterdaymy blogs

friday - started carb cycling today using the method from iron addict
i caculated out 2300 cals a day to start
with 40% fat
so i will have low carb on work out days
no carb on non work out days
and refeed on tuesdays (my day off from work )
i did core stabilizaation and dynamic stretching and a 20 min run today
saturday - off day - 15 hour shift
notes - i am noticeing fat loss in my face , i can see my cheek bones much better then a month ago and the way my cheeks suck in is more noticable

ok so i weighed my self yesterday and it came up 173 - it must be something with carb cycling cause i had been basically 6 days with either low carb or no carb
yesterdays work out was hard
my first day back since my injury and i didnt have my work out book
squats 5x5 150/170/190/210/225
row (shouldnt do bent over rows after squating too much on the lower back i noticed this today ) 150/170/190/205
incline bench (changed from bench incline is a real weak point so i figured its time to fix that )
95/105/115/135/140
carb intake for the day was "low" just 42 pwo carbs (gatoraid ) and then kept it below 6 g with everyohter meal
tuesday - carb up and off day -
today was terrible - fights with the little lady and alot of other bad stuff
but good dirty food
i had an awesome cheat meal - wendys new double melt - first time i have cheated since thanksgiving , my diet has never been so tight
i ahve two days left of RA gen 2
i will go get a new measuring tape and take pics and post a full review thursdaymy blogs

final review
normally i just stick with the facts but this time i didnt get my starting stats (stupid me ) so i will just talk about my expriences with red acid gen 2
postives- i def can see a difference in my face , chest , arms , delts
no jitterness
alot of people commented on me getting thinner and i do feel like i have more defination in my upper body , i also def lost weight it looks like around 5-8 lbs
as i now weigh 175 but i did not lose any size on my arms they stayed at 14.5 cold
negitives ra gen 2 seemed to make me my poop softer , usually 20 mins
i got a weird feeling in my side sometimes after taking it
i lost very little around my waist holding at 34.5 inchs at the belly button right now
i think i made two mistakes - one not starting carb cycling earlier
just this week i started a simialir format to what halluyah recommnds in his famous thread
also lifting 3 times i week , i think might be too little for cutting at this point for me
overall i think it is a good product even more so if you are lookin for a non-stim fat burner as i never felt that out of control jitters i get with alot of burners
i think i will use ra again if i need to cut further but next time i would def stack it with seasmin and maybe ttamy blogs
