I watch an episode today where he ate a 72 ounce steak. that's a tad over 5000 calories, good lawd! I'm surprised he's not bigger.

Love Man v. Food, even if it does make me want to watch it while on the treadmill. I read a good interview with Adam Richman in which he talks about going almost entirely vegetarian in the "off season" because he's worried about weight gain and his overall health.
