I was divided as to what forum this should go into, but I think workout programs is appropriate, since most people who utilize a workout program would welcome any testosterone increases that they could muster up.

i was reading in a nutural bodybuilding mag that sun can increase levels, especially if you tan your gonad area, true story, they reakon that is why the italians back in the ol days used to always train naked in the sun.
