OK day one of the log I’ll make it short and sweet. Purple wraath even the old stuff taste good to me. I can feel my face tingle?! Not really sure about focus or energy since I have been training the same but I like to think I train hard.
OK meals: I'll make this short but I will add in macros when I have time. I am trying to lose fat so if I am not eating right please let me know.
meal 1:
1 scoop protein ON C&C (good stuff!)
1/2 cup oat meal.
1/4 cup mootopia milk (fat free)
1tbls Peanut butter.
BCAA
Multi vitamin
Vitamin E
Calcium
Hawthorn berries
Co-q10 (or some thing like that)
fish oil
Meal 2:
6-7 OZ chicken breast
½ cup brown rice
1/4 cup salsa 2 tsp tabasco
Meal 3: Pre work out
1 scoop ON C&C protein
½ cup oat/ 1/4/ cup moo topia milk (fat free)
1:30 later Redacid
Purple wraath (face tingle!!)
Post work out
ON 100% whey Mint Chocolate (good stuff!!) (Love the smell!!)

2-3 hours later

Just real quick on the training
one full hour of Body pump (none stop light weights for a full song per body part) Full body. This is where you find out your elbows can sweat.
My thoughts on RedAcidGen2 and Purple wraath
I wasn’t sure if it was the purple wraath making my face tingle and my arms but I have used it for 2 days now and I’m sure it was every time I take it ( 2 times ) my face tingles, not sure what that is. As far as performance nothing mind blowing, I do “feel” better knowing I’m giving my body what it needs to push it self.
RedAcidgen2 I do feel since I took 1 pill in the morning, I felt kinda like I did when I used clen, you know thinking about it I think I felt it more with RA gen2, some thing about it. It did give me energy put the poor pill just can’t hang in there since I still feel like I need to sleep around 3:00 or 4:00 pm . First day though so time will tell.
Ok this morning I took 2Redacid pills around 6:30 am and got back in bed to sleep for another 30-40 minutes, well about 10-15 minutes in to the redacid I was wide awake but I felt good. Best thing about it is when I burp I don’t taste it!! HOT ROXX was bad for this and it would give me heart burn. I did feel the clen feeling I believe this to be the thermogenic effect. I’m not sweating like every one ells but this is only day 2.

Purple wraath and Redacid review for the day.
I did feel the purple wraath face tingle, as far as my energy I can’t really tell yet, since I train as hard as I can so I guess I’ll start keeping track of my sets and reps. I have not done that since I always just try to push my self and I always remember what was the most I went up to. Not much from RA gen2 in my work out, didn’t really feel like I was very focused I guess I was but I’m really waiting for the moment where this is with out a shadow of a doubt the RA and PW moment. I’m keeping my eye open but I will not jump the gun. When I say yup they kicked in to day will be the day I know FOR SURE it was them. 12 more days I’ll add in Xtend.

Well when I take Redacid in the morning I can’t go back to sleep. This is a good thing since it not like artificial energy, it’s very calm, and no heart burn when I was on Hot Roxx I hated taking it in the morning since I would get heart burn. Same Clen like effect.

Meal 5:
1 can tuna in sour cream.
I went to train today I even took my Purple wraath, but when I got there I was SO hungry, I could not go on. I will eat closer to work out time I just thought Redacid would take care of this.
Redacidgen2 is not really doing much when it comes to hunger I’m hungrier then I have ever been? I was pretty hot tonight so I guess that is doing, good. I didn’t really get to push the wraath since I was to hungry, I guess in the end no matter what you take food really is king!
I need to find out about the sodium in cottage cheese and if this is bad or not. I have also keep a close eye on my sugar intake comming from yogurt and milk and chicken spices, I’m up to about 10-15g a day need to find out more about this. Now I need SLEEP!
