What exactly are they? And what is the best way to treat them, as in a nice fast way to treat them(only taking a minute or two).
I am a swimmer, and I got the biggest knot of my life in my upper right lat, it hurt so bad and I had i girl rub it for me, it felt slightly better, but I was in the middle of a work-out and I needed a fast way to relieve the pain and get back in.
This has happened sometimes during my weight workouts too. Should I stop or keep going through the pain?
thats the worstthing ever i know how u feel.. i got that from deadlifts and i thought i was ****ed but it wasnt that bad ... idk what to do if i got it again sorry man
