I ran out of milk this morning and could not drink any protein shakes until now. Is it okay if I consume 1g/lb on non-training days and 2g/lb on training days? or should i keep it steady everyday?

umm, whey + water = shake
id keep protein at 1.5g/lb both days
fat @ 1g/kg
