anyone have any strategies for quitting for a bit? im hitting up like 3 times a day right now plus having a gf who puts out alot. I want to stop tho in hopes i maintain better boners during sex. I like doing it so much because it helps me fall asleep at night..........

Longest was a week, and that was solely b/c I didn't have the time to do it. I read some of the peeps on here holding out for 40 days and I don't know how they do that. That's some serious will power.
