Reminded me of a rap a guy once wrote up to protest what he called "The Democrat Plantation." Blacks being bound into a new form of slavery.
90% of all blacks vote Democrat - why? Most of us say we won’t vote Republican, before that day - we’ll die. By telling them we’re theirs to keep – not right. We’re allowin them to own us cheap – Dem lights. What you say, what you say? Liberal Democrats are racist – what you say, what you say? Liberal Democrats are racist – what you say, what you say? Liberal Democrats are racist – what you say, what you say? Liberal Democrats are racist.
With their laws and their lies, the re-enslave us.
Livin in the inner city and ridin the bus is the Liberal Democrat’s vision for us, a Liberal party you can’t trust
Our Black Founding Fathers played a part too, white’s gave them guns to free me and you
We won and took our guns, 200 years pass, they’ve got gun control again on our ass
With violent criminals and cops who can’t defend, gotta protect our people, with gun control, freedom ends.
Oppose school vouchers to strengthen their hold, this left wing agenda leaves us out in the cold

Liberal Democrats and teachers bound at the hip, this liberal control of education makes our minds sick
School vouchers will give us a choice and let us decide on how to educate our kids where the opportunity lies
White Democrats oppose school vouchers to ensure their own power, they fear educated blacks who will be smarter by the hour
Hillary and Bill say public schools are good enough to us, but sent Chelsea to a private school so she could be her best
Politicians and hipocrats they must be, social elitists we’ve exposed them, and now we all see
Liberal Democrats step aside and let us be great, let us decide our own fate

Liberal Democrat Senator Robert Byrd, former Klansman this has got to be heard
With crocodile tears he says he’s sorry, it’s just another lie, it’s just another story
They want us to believe that Byrd is the first, but we know better, FDR was the worst
He appointed a Klansman to the US Supreme Court Bench, another hooded Democrat –can’t stand the stench
Southern Democrats bonded with the Klan cuz for the black man, they had their own plan
The truth that’s got me thinkin and it’s gottem all freakin, the Republican who freed us was Abraham Lincoln
Liberal Democrats, who need our vote, listen up, we’ve voiced our opinion but that’s not enough
You’re in Kosovo and not Rwanda or Sudan, your taxes hold back the successful black man
Stop trapping us in by preventing Urban Sprawl, had enough of your control had enough of you all
More cops and camera’s you say are good, but it only takes away more freedom from the hood
You can’t re-enslave us, we are too strong, we know what you’re doing, and we know that it’s wrong
Stop stealing our rights and stop interfering, this is our last warning, don’t be hard of hearing

Democrats are racist because of their diminished expectations of blacks, they seem to think that if you give 'dem 'dere black folks some welfare, throw them away in the ghetto, you won't have to worry about them, plus it gives Oprah something to do.
Its just like in France, and their grand socialist experiment, that involves tossing minorities into ghetto's and throwing away the key. And you wonder why there were riots???????
Luckily, the change is trending, but not soon enough, if you want to witness the Democrat mentality on blacks, just listen to Howard Dean.
During a meeting with the CBC on Friday, Dean joked: "You think the Republican National Committee could get this many people of color in a single room? Only if they had the hotel staff in here."
Yes Howard, because those welfare blacks and other minorities, are only good for cleaning your bedsheets and your toilet, serving you food and perhaps dancing a jig for you. Oh yeah, and on election day, you sure love them though, don't you????

Secondly, the reason why 95% (that's a whole lot, for the statistically impaired) of black voters voted Democratic is due to the legacy of MLK (that's Martin Luther King for the acronymically impaired) who was good friends with JFK (John Fitzgerald Kennedy), who happened to be a Democrat (and also did more to establish liberties and freedoms for our black brethren than any other president save Lincoln, in my opinion). So go take your facts to the streets and see how well they fly in the face of public opinion.
Finally, lighten up chester. The original intent of the post was meant in jest, as many black republicans are considered uncle toms in the community. I personally feel that everyone is entitled to vote according to their own convictions, but perceptions are perceptions."For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." As a resident of the state of Maryland, I'm not a big Michael Steele fan.
I do think a male of european descent will not hold the top office forever.
Barack Obama is capable but doesn't have enough experience in the Senate right now for an '08 run. I would like to see his clout grow in the Senate however and possibly run an election or 2 from now.Gritt Tuff

But I agree with what your saying. Perception, regardless of the ignorance, is reality, and now all blacks are somehow pushed into supporting a party that does basically nothing for them.
The problem is with what you stated, with black Republicans having a bad "rep" of sorts, simply because they are trying to get ahead in life. Its ridiculous and stupid. I figured blacks would be happy to see other blacks get ahead, no matter their race or religion or any other particular affiliation, its a sign that equal opportunity is present, and if a woman like Condoleeza Rice can get ahead, than that should be a positive sign to all in the black community, unfortunately she is attacked and slandered by bigots, simply because she dared to walk off the Democrat plantation.Last edited by ElMariachi; 10-24-2006 at 08:52 AM.

Its hilarious, all this bull****ting and convincing yourselves (no one in particular, just saying) that Obama doesnt have near the experiance to run the country. Who the hell is our president right now? What experiance in the senate or house did he have? Obama is inarguably more qualified than our current president was in 2000 so trying to say he lacks the credentials to run for the seat is crazy

I am not voting AGAINST McCain, and I am not voting FOR Obama. My vote is 100% anti-Palin
If your entire education consists of a BS in COMM that took 6 years and 5 schools you have no business being a heart beat away from the presidency, and in that regard I am a proud elitist

I don't think Obama is ready to be president, I don't think John Edwards is ready to be president, or Bill Frist, or any number of people. Mark Warner was my choice, but evidently he is not running now, but unless Obama runs for vice president, I think it will be a mistake, as media hype can only carry you so far.Russell Wilson, the first QB in NFL history to throw a game-winning interception.
