well keto is your best option, if your drop an insane amount of weight chances are alot of it will be muscle. Why would you want to loose muscle, just be patient nothing comes easy if it did everyone would be walking around with 6 packs.

Run 3-4 miles a day. In 4 weeks, you can drop 10-15 lbs easily. You will also gain endurance at the same time. This is the healthy way to get lean.

during wrestling...we'd run with tons of layers of sweatshirts and jackets and some ppl had plastic bags. Run for like 1 1/2 hours and do hella calistenics then wrestle for the next 3 hours and end it all with sprints. Only get enough water to get your mouth wet (even tho no1 ever listened to coach on this one) and go home and drink one cup of tea or coffee. I assure you you'll have lost at least 10 pounds by the end of this. If done in excess you'll probably die...but our coach didn't really seem to care. Great coaches at our school huh? I'd only do this before the meets if i hadn't made weight cuz i normally weigh in at about 175 but i wrestled the 160 weight category. Oh ya and if you get hungry suck on like 4 or so ice cubes.

i used to make myself lose about 10-15lbs a week by starving myself. bad juju.

when i was bb'ing i would use usnic acid, eca and green tea to cut bigtime. can't remember the exact weight i would lose cause i would mainly go by the mirror and measurements, but it was atleast 15lbs per cycle.

and my dad used the same sort of method monos said, before he had a boxing match he would run with layers and layers on (in the tropics aswell) and then drink red wine and coffee alternatively to drop like 20lbs in one day. it's very temporary.

    cheers

I worked construction and intense manual labour over summer holidays, 40 hours a week. I ate whatever I liked and whenever, because I was burning up so much energy, I lost 10 kilograms of fat and can now see my abs. I supplemented with glutamine and protein, its awesome fun, good money and I swear i drank 6 litres a day, I also made sure that I slept at least 10 hours a day.

    I lost 8 kilos (17 pounds) in 2.5 months.
I did cardio 4 times a week on an empty stomach, cut out carbs and fat and supplemented with protein and fatburners.
I didn't loose "any" muscle though (or very little) since I can lift the same weight in bench and leg presses as I did before.
