I must thank the lovely and rock hard Ms. Krissy Chin, of Nutralogix, for giving me the opportunity to start this log, as well as major thanks to the stunning asianbabe for informing me of the products. Finally, a thank you to Monsieur Slated, for his awesome assistance in helping me have the opportunity to test these cool products. While I have everybody’s attention, I’m also going to throw a merci to my fellow Canadian, Ms. terracotta, for her unparalleled assistance in my nutrition and training programs. Finally, here is some background info and measurements on moi!!

I have a general journal in the Female Bodybuilding Section, which you can access here. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...741638&page=80 However, I’ll be posting my workouts in both journals, sooooooooooo the Non Supplement Log is preeeeeeeeetty much going to be personal junk.

Personal Info, Workouts, and Nutrition!!

Name=TricepGirl. Hahah.

Age=24.

Height=5’5.

Pics=if you buy me a camera, they will come.

Workout History=Since I was 16, I have been addicted to lifting weights, but I’ve been a runner since I was 14. I’ve had quite a few running injuries, but no major lifting injuries.

Shoulders=38.5"
Bust=33"
Waist=28"
Belly=29"
Hips=34.75"
Butt=38"
Upper Thigh=22"
Middle Thigh=18.25"
Calve=13.5"
Flexed Bicep=11.5"
Unflexed Bicep=11"

Weight=Hmmm, since I don’t pay attention to the scale, I’m going to guess that I’m around 130 lbs to 133 lbs. Yeah, that seems about right.

Body Fat %=Hahah, noooooo idea. But if it isn’t too much info, I will confide to the great bb nation that I usually stop getting my cycle around 16%, and it’s deeeeefinitely taking a turn that way.

Current Macros=For the last 4 years, I have tracked every, single, morcel of food that has passed my lips. I know what macros breakdown works best for me, and me alone. I also have weird allergies, so there are various bb foods I cannot eat.

**Cals=around 1500, give or take 50 cals.

**Protein=1 gram per lbs of body weight, so around 130 grams to 140 grams.

**Carbs=I don’t give a flying truck, really. As long as I get my protein in, and as long as carbs are coming from healthy sources, ie., oatmeal, vegetables, and fruit, I’m not extraordinarily worried about carbs, and if you have read any of my posts, limiting carbs is a lifestyle I cannot understand or fathom enduring, specifically given that working out is not a means to an end for me, but a passion, for which I’d like to have my energy top notch.

**Fat=my body does not respond kindly to a diet even moderate in fat, so I’m keeping this rather low, compared to you guys. I know it sounds like a bb no no, but, everybody is individual, and really, I’m tired of following nutritional advice that works for other people, but not me. So long as my omega fats are balanced, and my meals are appropriate, this is just fine.

**Current Workout Program=3 Full Bodies, 2 Cardio, 1 Active Rest, per week. There are occasions during which I will cut or add cardio, but it doesn’t happen toooooooooo often. Please note that I have just finished an 8 week cycle, and I’m changing only the movements now, but not the reps, sets, or amount of cardio; these changes won’t affect my testing of Dream Tone or Torcht. I superset every movement, too.

not really.. this is the MSRP. As a company rep, you should realize that the BB.com price, when it is available, will be lower. As well, AFAIK, dreamtone is the ONLY nighttime fatloss and sleep aid product (someone correct me if I am wrong). It holds promise

By the way, today is Active Rest Day, so I plan to do some light walking around campus, and a lot, a llllllllllllllllot of stretching!! I can feel doms nearly everywhere.

yup, if it follows the average i can see it going for 30-35 bucks.

I probably should have been more clear - I just felt a bit skeptical; and for the most part it's ingredients are dirt cheap. In theory it sounds great (increasing GH @ night for fat loss), but I'll wait to see how the feedback turns out to be... I feel the gaba is underdosed, but then again there's only so much of each ingredient you can add before the serving size becomes 6 pills or so.

I also don't know if a "fat blocker"/inhibitor is all that useful before bed. Also, while it seems to be the most easily absorbed of the available forms, I don't like chromium picolinate.

Wasn't trying to bash anything/anyone. Just my opinion. Looking forward to the log.

I just did a bit of a calc for you.. assuming the GABA is kept the same and the "fat blocker" is left out, the ingredients individually come out to $28, $9 of which is from the bacopa (bb.com doesn't sell it). Now, bacopa is a memory increasing agent, so someone may or may not want that. But I think the product as it stands is reasonably priced

My apologies for the lack of updates, but a.) this laptop blows, and b.) bb.com hasn't been the most welcoming server the last little while!! I was kicked out.

It doesn't love me.

I've gotta just get the dosing info out before my computer shuts down for no apparent reason, soooooooo here goes!!

Dosings!!

Dream Tone =full dose last night *2 pills, 1 hour before bed*. This didn't really put me to sleep, but I must caution that I am really, really weird, and I do this thing at night where I dream of scary scenes I might put in books or something. So last night, it was a ghost sitting on the chair across from my bed. Yeah. Like I said!! Wierd!! So I didn't fall asleep until 4 hours after I took the pill. But, today, the only thing that woke me up was the phone ringing on it's highest setting. I would have slept through a fire. I'd like to go back to bed, and, uh, I have to go to school.

Torcht=half does yesterday at 12 pm and then in the early afternoon, so 2 pills total. I didn't notice any negative effects, so I'm taking the full dose today!!

Krissy=I know that they were sent out at the same time, but there was a tear in the envelop, and the papers inside were crumpled, so I think customs must have had a look inside. Nosy bastards!! Hahah. But I am soo looking forward to the full doses!!

By the way, I should mention my workouts!!

Yesterday was supposed to be active rest day, and today was supposed to be rest day, but, uh, I was so tired and doms ridden yesterday, I kinda sat on my ass!! I will make today active rest day, then, but it's gonna be mostly fast walking and stretching, because I'm very, very tired. The torcht must help me!!

Right, so today was supposed to be active rest day, but really I haven't felt up for it!! So here it is.

I've had the full dose of Torcht, but, uh, I'm still looking for that energy. It's weird, I'm yawning a lot today, but when I do weird little motor skill things, there's lots of energy. Like, I want to fidgit a lot, I'm probably typing 100 words a minute *I type 81*, and I'm just kind of tense and jittery. For some reason, I feel as if the Torcht will be more helpful in the gym than in everyday life, and I really haven't had a lifting session while on it, so I am really excited to do my full body tomorrow. I can't wait to lift, I hate feeling so lazy.

Also, I'm really hungry. What gives??

Dosing!!

Right, so now I will be keeping little notes here on the effects I might be feeling because of the supplements, and on my dosing. I took full doses of Dream Tone and Torcht, yesterday, and I didn't feel much other than jittery, but, I have noticed I have been in a very, very tense bad mood since Monday. My boyfriend is extraordinarily nice and sweet, and he even admitted that in the last few days, I've been really short with everything. I'm not noticing any stim effects, either, nor appetite suppression, but I'm trying to look for it?! Sticking to my macros goals will not be an issue, but, it still sucks. Yesterday, I tried tricking myself into being full by drinking metamucil in water *ew*, and eating a lot of vegetables. That's it!!

Today is day 1 of my new lifting program, but I'm changing the reps and sets to accomodate something other than the endurance program I've been on, just between workouts, to give my body a shake. I can't wait to squat!!

Dosage!!

I took the full dose of Dream Tone last night at 7, and I fell asleep at 1 am, so that was a little better. I'm going to keep taking it earlier, but my food cravings are ridiculous. It was amazing I didn't want anything bad yesterday, though?! Wednesdays, usually, I kind of say, Fine, go get a liiiiiiiiiittle something, like those Cadbury thins or something, or a lollipop, or a bowl of cereal, but yesterday, I was like, Nah. My refeed day is Friday, and I just wanted to come home and have my chicken breast and green beans. But make no mistake; I will have something naughty tomorrow.

Other than that, I fell asleep again after taking my morning dose of Torcht, and my bf says I'm becoming a royal jerk, because of my delightful moods. I must admit, little things annoy me so much more than they would normally, and this is coming from a person who is already very, very easily irritated. I am just really tense. Today is my first cardio day on Torcht, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it'll make me run!!

asianbabe=Hmmm, that is rather interesting you did feel appetite supression. How are your workouts, now?? It's so hard to see them on your journal, and I'm too lazy to go to your body space!! Hahah.

Everyone reacts differently to supps.. it sounds like you must be reacting negatively to something in the torcht to be so tense.

I'm not sure if I felt upbeat because of the Torcht or not, but I felt pretty good running. Other than that, I had my Dream Tone early, and if hunger kicks in, uh, I haven't had dinner, so that should assist!!

It's been a good day!!

As usual, full dose in of Torcht and Dreamtone. Dude, I did not want to get out of bed. I had a hard time falling asleep last night, and I was woken by my bf calling, by bad dreams, and by having to use the facilities so many times!! I'm kind of getting a rash, too, and I don't know what that is!! Not anywhere gross or anything.

It's on my face, really, and it isn't pimples, and I'm pretty good with make up, so nobody can tell unless I sweat it off at the gym, but, I never get pimples or anything, so I'm not too happy. I don't think that has much to do with the Torcht or Dreamtone, though.

Today is refeed day. I'm very full. I don't like food anymore. I did think it's worth mentioning that, though I have a hard time falling asleep and waking up, when I'm running at the gym, I feel like I can go for at least 20 minutes longer. I can't, as I have a history of injuries with one of my achilles tendons, and little knee injury I never resolved, but I had the energy to stretch, and if it were not for that I'm so full I want to hurl, I would be able to go for a walk or something, right now.

That is it!! I do talk a lot, but I talked too much in my other journal, so this one is neglected. Aw. It has so many visitors, too. *cough, cough*
