If i will be training clients at a gym (as a non employee of the gym) and have them sign a liability release form, will i still be required to purchase liability insurance. I'm new to this profession, so any information will help me out.
thanks,

I'm suprised the gym doesn't make you get it, especially if you do not hold a certification from a credible certifying agency because if someone gets hurt they could claim you misrepresented yourself before they signed the waiver.
