Weights after cardio?

So I do an hour of cardio and an hour of weights

Should I do cardio first, does it matter or make in difference in Fat LOss

Thanks

Ria

cardio after weights.

you need the glucose for energy to lift weights well and then tap into fat storage for energy while doing cardio after lifting when there is no more glucose left.

I've read many articles from the pros that recommend doing cardio separate from your weight training. Like weights in the morning and cardio in the evening, or even just a couple hours of rest between. If your schedule can afford it. This allows the lactic acid and other waste products to hang around in the muscles for a while and do their job of stimulating new growth. Cardio is great to help flush it out and speed the recovery process.

The article says, "...All ways perform these sessions after or separate from your weights sessions to avoid acute detrimental effects on your resistance training."

in terms of her question cardio is better performed after weights, but in terms of what you're saying i keep my cardio and lifting days completely separate
