it deepends what you want to do ..if u wana add mass...i dont recommend full body rutines expecially mixed w/ low sets......many ppl say that the # of sets arent important but it depends however......read the teen training articles in TBB for a perfect work out.....
Yea I want to add mass for sure. This is where I am been confused. Some articles say full body is the way to go for people starting out, others say split it up.
