I do a full body bodyweight workout 2 times a week. It's very intense and that means that i can't do it more than twice. I also do HIIT 3xweek(10-20 minutes).
However, i want to get faster and start sprints over 30 metres. How many times a week do i have to do it to see good results, and also i am worried about overtraining my legs, cos i do them in both workouts plus HIIT.
